Job Responsibilities:

• Reply comments on Realme social media platforms, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube
• Provide regular ORM summary report based on the social media comments received

Qualifications:

• An understanding of the social web, including blogs, forums, social networks, microblogs, photo/video sharing, ratings and reviews, RSS etc.
• Ability to manage the ORM of several social media profiles (an organized person!)
• Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English with proper grammar and spelling
• Someone who comes across as pleasant, positive and polite in online communications
• Attention to detail
• Close Coordination with other team members to identify the best response
• Ability to use excel to prepare reports on customer insights
• Previous experience of working on an ORM tool like OneDirect, Meltwater etc.
• Interest and understanding of mobile phone industry
• High typing speed. Ability to reply 150 to 200 comments per day
• Willing to work overtime occasionally
