Job Description :-
- To create and upgrade the digital marketing course material to ensure the syllabus is as per the latest industry standards and the best practices are very well covered.
- Innovate and improve the teaching methods and processes.
- Should be well versed with social media marketing, AdWords, SEO, email marketing, mobile marketing, website development, ORM, analytics, etc.
- Be able to deliver the course material to both individuals as well as a group depending on their understanding of the topic.
- To be constantly hunting for case studies, trends, and best practices in the digital space to quote references in the class.
- To monitor the student's progress and make recommendations.
- To take proactive steps in ensuring that the resources are created properly and delivered to the classroom and provide the best learning experience to the classroom.
Job Skills Requirements :-
- 2 to 8 years of work experience as a digital marketing trainer, preferably in an educational institute.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver course material with full confidence and vigor for sessions.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills.
- Should be punctual and disciplined to ensure all training begins and end on time, and do full justice for the topics delivered.
- Should be a very good listener and be patient towards the trainees and their ability to grasp new concepts.
- A good team worker.
- Should have passion for teaching in general and especially digital marketing-related concepts.
